AR Caller & Patient Calling Executive

About This Role

Kayal Health is looking for AR Callers & Patient Calling Executives to support US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The role involves handling patient and insurance-related calls, following up on unpaid claims, managing accounts receivable, and supporting denial resolution.

Key Responsibilities Handle patient calls and billing-related inquiries professionally. Follow up on unpaid claims with insurance payers. Work on A/R aging and refunds. Analyze EOBs / ERAs and assist in resolving denials. Manage pre-call, on-call and post-call activities with proper documentation. Act as a bridge between patients and the AR team. Maintain accurate documentation in the billing system. Apply understanding of end-to-end RCM, eligibility and denial management.

Eligibility / Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Good verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of US Healthcare / RCM processes preferred. Candidates should be comfortable handling calls and working in a night shift.
