Healthcare RCM Sales Manager – UAE

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Healthcare RCM Sales & Client Relationship Manager to drive the growth of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services in the UAE healthcare market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals and medical groups, presenting end-to-end RCM solutions, generating new business opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities Build relationships with hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals. Generate new business and sales opportunities. Present Healthcare RCM solutions to healthcare providers. Manage client acquisition and strategic partnerships. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Drive business growth in the UAE healthcare market. Manage sales discussions, negotiations and conversions.

Candidate Profile Experience in Healthcare Sales / Business Development. Existing network with hospitals, clinics and physicians preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. English & Arabic communication skills preferred/required as stated in the poster. Experience in Healthcare Services, RCM, Medical Billing or Healthcare Technology is an advantage. Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and insurance billing processes.
