About This Role

The Medical Coder will be responsible for accurately reviewing medical records and assigning appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes. The role involves OP coding, validating diagnosis and procedures, ensuring medical necessity, and following UAE/DOH regulations and insurance payer guidelines.

🔹 EXPERIENCE: 0–1 Year OP Coding Preferred 🔹 ELIGIBILITY: Science / Life Science Graduates

📋 REQUIREMENTS ✅ CPC / CCS Certification – Mandatory ✅ Medical Coding Certification Preferred ✅ Good knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS ✅ Strong knowledge of OP E/M & Procedure Coding ✅ Knowledge of Medical Necessity & Diagnosis–Procedure Validation ✅ Understanding of UAE / DOH Regulations & Insurance Payer Rules ✅ Good English Communication Skills – Mandatory
